Concept · Greater Accra, Ghana
Shops at street level. Homes behind the trees. Apartments above them. A hotel at the top of the hill. One developer, four building types, one address that never goes quiet.
01 The idea
Most developments do one thing. A gated estate that empties at nine. A mall that dies at eight. An office block with nothing around it.
Highlife Quarter is built the other way round — four building types on one site, so the same streets carry the morning trade, the school run, the evening balcony, and the late arrival at reception.
This page is an illustration of that idea: the look, the feeling, the journey. Every development, address, unit count, price and timeline shown here is to be confirmed.
02 One day in the Quarter
01 Shops · 07:00
Ground-floor retail sized for the businesses that actually take the units — a pharmacy, a fabric shop, a coffee counter, a salon — with the servicing, parking and frontage designed in from the first drawing rather than added at handover.
02 Homes · 13:00
Deep shade, cross-ventilation and hard-wearing finishes — houses that work in the harmattan and in the rains, and that a family can still afford to run once the keys are handed over.
03 Apartments · 18:00
Residences arranged around water and shade rather than a car park, with the lift core, water storage and standby power specified for the way the building will really be used.
04 Hotel · 22:00
A hotel is what keeps a quarter awake after the shops close — and what gives residents somewhere to put a visiting family, a client, or a wedding party.
03 Where we build
Locations, plot areas and phasing — to be confirmed.
Registration and search status for each site — to be confirmed.

04 Register interest
This concept form is for demonstration only — nothing is sent, stored, or received. In a commissioned build it would deliver to WhatsApp or the client’s inbox.
